Katherine provides high-level executive support to the Partner Group and Operations Manager at Realize. Katherine’s administrative expertise includes managing client communications and recruiting the best candidates working in the high net-worth tax advisory services industry. Prior to joining Realize, Katherine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where she double majored in Economics and Music with respective emphases in finance and historical musicology.

Manda is an Operations Associate at Realize. Prior to joining Realize, she gained operations and client service experience as a dental receptionist at several offices around the Bay Area. Manda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, East Bay. When she is out of the office, Manda can be found at hip foodie events, trying out new restaurants, or at the dog park with her German Shepard-Corgi mix puppy.

Justin Stuhaan is a Client Accounting Services Manager at Realize. He focuses on high-net worth individuals and families, private foundations, and closely held businesses.

Since 1999, Justin has gained a wide variety of experience in both private industry and in public accounting. He started his career at Frank, Rimerman & Co. in their Accounting and CFO Advisory Services practice where he worked closely with early stage privately funded companies. Prior to joining Realize, he worked with numerous venture capital backed start-up companies in Silicon Valley.

Ali Abedi is a Client Accounting Services Supervisor at Realize. Ali received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from St. Mary’s College in India. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ali worked as an accountant at a cyber securities company where he was responsible for ensuring the day-to-day accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Ali has extensive working experience in all aspects of accounting and has worked in different-sized companies, ranging from start-ups to large enterprises and in various industries, predominantly in real estate and construction.

Ali has had the opportunity to build relationships with clients and colleagues, and he believes that one of the most important rules for the success of an organization is to always keep the clients happy.

Ali has lived in two other countries – The United Kingdom and India. Ali enjoys traveling, watching TV shows, and eating out at restaurants with friends and family. He is a huge soccer fan and an avid Chelsea FC supporter. Go Blues!
